At Mansooj, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every outfit is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- A product or accessory is missing from your package.
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Sale or discounted products.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Products altered after delivery.
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support within 7 days.
- Share your order number and photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request.
- Once approved, you’ll receive exchange instructions.
- After receiving the original item, we’ll dispatch the replacement.
Shipping Charges
- If the mistake is from Mansooj, we will bear the exchange shipping cost.
- If the customer requests an exchange for size or preference, shipping charges may apply.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For cancellation requests, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Please note:

- Embroidery placement, lace details, or handcrafted elements may vary slightly, making each piece unique.
- Product measurements may have a minor tolerance due to manual stitching.
These variations are natural and do not indicate a manufacturing defect.
